School Admission Criteria

Nursery and LKG Criteria

Age parameters are calculated based on the cutoff date of the academic operational year.

Nursery Group

Eligible Age: 3 Years to 4 Years on March 31st

L.K.G Group

Eligible Age: 4 Years to 5 Years on March 31st

Registration and Interview

Registration Timelines: Form submission opens in the month of December.
Assessment Schedule: Interviews/Interactions are scheduled during January or February.

Administrative Note: Registration purely grants eligibility evaluation status; it does not authorize or guarantee final admission. Timelines may vary at the discretion of the school senate.

Admission and Eligibility for Other Classes

Subject to the availability of the seats, admission to all other classes will take place on the basis of a written test. Parents who wish to get their ward admitted in the school should get their names registered in the school’s office in the month of December.

Before seeking admission for his/her ward in the school the parent/guardian should go through the various rules given in the school prospectus.
Birth Certificate of the child from the Municipal Corporation must be produced in order to get admission in Nursery/ LKG class.
The particulars in the admission form must be the same as in the Birth Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate.

For admission to other classes it is mandatory for the students to submit a Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended along with Progress Report Card.
Students who come from Boards other than CBSE must have their School Leaving/ Transfer Certificates by the Board authorities from which they migrate.
