GNIPS, I-Block, BRS Nagar Organises an Enriching Workshop on NLP, Classroom Management and Creative Thinking
Guru Nanak International Public School, I-Block, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana organised an insightful and rejuvenating workshop on 15 September 2026 focusing on NLP Basics, Classroom Management, and Critical & Creative Thinking. The session was conducted by the resource person, Dr . Manjeet Singh, who made the workshop highly interactive, engaging and meaningful for the teaching fraternity.
The workshop introduced teachers to the fundamentals of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and its relevance in effective communication, understanding behaviour and creating a positive classroom environment. The session also focused on practical strategies for classroom management and developing critical and creative thinking skills among learners.
One of the most enriching segments of the workshop was the “Journey to the Spiritual World”, which provided the participants an opportunity for introspection, inner awareness and mental rejuvenation. The workshop included various interactive activities, meditation rounds and experiential exercises, allowing teachers to actively participate rather than merely listen. The teachers were encouraged to reflect, communicate positively and explore new perspectives in both their professional and personal lives.
The workshop proved to be a refreshing and transformative experience, leaving the teachers motivated and energised with new insights and practical approaches to enhance their classroom practices and overall well-being.
