Members of the Eco-Club of Guru Nanak International Public School, I block, BRS nagar on 6th May, 2023( PARENT-TEACHER MEET) , organised an exhibition in the school. Students showcased their skills and knowledge through a plethora of hand made ideas such as rock art, hand made Ecofriendly folders, decoration with waste products, bird houses, bird feeders and many more. Eco-Schools pathways provide many opportunities for students to collectively take action for the environment, including reducing a school's carbon footprint, improving plant and animal biodiversity, improving air quality within and around a school, building wildlife habitat, reducing food miles, and improving watershed health.
The student-led exhibition was a culmination of their learning journey, with the school community's guidance and support, including mentors, teachers, and parents.
